Additional over time pay is available to employees whom qualify. Employees will not under any circumstance work more hours than is acceptable by UK law. All working hours law information and wages / pay practices information are available on our internal communication resource (Intrapoint).

Annual Improvements
Charterpoint Ltd monitor employment working hours on a monthly basis. Should we notice that an employee has recorded excessive hours Senior Management and / or Company Directors will meet with employees to discuss any possible measures Charterpoint Ltd can take to ensure workloads and working practice is not of above possible and legal requirement to employee.
Annual Reviews are held with every Charterpoint Ltd employee to provide an opportunity to discuss any possible changes or improvements Charterpoint Ltd can make for the benefit of any individual employee at Charterpoint Ltd. Every employee is valued at Charterpoint Ltd and company directors will respect any views they have which will enhance individual working conditions.
