All employees can view our policies on respect and dignity at their discretion with our internal communication resource (Intrapoint).
Charterpoint Ltd actively encourage all employees to inform of any instances of a lack of respect and dignity. Any instance of lack of respect or dignity towards an individual is handled with the strictest of confidence.
Annual Improvements
All disciplinary cases are reviewed on a six-month basis to ensure progress is made in the case of any lack of respect and dignity shown to any individual. Senior Managers are regularly informed of their responsibilities in the event of any disciplinary procedures.
Charterpoint Ltd meet with representatives from Local Government organisations ACAS and CAB on a minimum period of once a year to discuss instances of lack of respect and dignity within organisations and how to improve possible social boundaries with employees to help ensure employees are not a victim of a lack of respect and dignity.
Every employee has the opportunity to privately discuss respect and dignity at Charterpoint Ltd in their annual review in strict confidence.
Charterpoint Ltd have an open-door policy with regards to communication between Company Directors and every other employee. If any individual feels they are not treated with appropriate respect from any employee, individual, company, supplier or contractor they are strongly encouraged to communicate any grievances with Company Directors. All cases are handled with the strictest of confidence and will be treated with full respect and dignity.
Charterpoint Ltd are currently working on an improved employee communication process which will encourage further communication to discuss such matters and will help ensure even greater confidentiality.
