Charterpoint Ltd are open to manufacturers monitoring of our policies. We are open to on-site inspections (announced or unannounced) from manufacturers of the products we supply and can provide access to any necessary documentation upon request. This includes access to production facilities, employment records and employee interviews with manufacturers. We will always promptly reply to all reasonable manufacturer enquiries.
Charterpoint Ltd have full confidence in our CSR Commitment policies are therefore are open to monitoring from all manufacturers of the products we supply.
We intend to become recognised suppliers of all the products we supply and so are committed to working closely with manufacturers to ensure we fully comply with the policies they set out and the requirements which are set. Therefore we openly encourage dialogue with manufacturers to ensure we are meeting, at the very least, the minimum standards they set out.
Annual Improvements
In order to maintain continued manufacturer / Charterpoint Ltd business partnerships we intend to improve availability of key information for manufacturers to make it even easier for manufacturers to identify and monitor all required information.
