All employees are provided with training to ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety requirements. Refresher courses are provided for all employees, including Senior Management and Company Directors of Charterpoint Ltd.

Charterpoint Ltd work closely with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to ensure we stay updated with all Health and Safety legislation to minimise employee risk.

All Health and Safety legislation and policy is available via our internal communications resource (Intrapoint) for employees to view at any time. All employees are well trained in Health & Safety guidelines and must inform Senior Management or a Company Director immediately should they encounter a health and safety issue within the work place.

All employees are also able to inform of any health and safety risk via our internal communication resource (Intrapoint).

Annual improvements
All Health & Safety policies and procedures are reviewed regularly in guidance with the HSE.
The health and safety of any individual employee or visitor to Charterpoint Ltd premises is of paramount importance.
Charterpoint Ltd are also developing an improved feedback communication system for employees to address any potential Health & Safety hazards within Charterpoint Ltd premises. This will help employees to feel more comfortable about suggesting any Health & Safety hazards at Charterpoint Ltd. All enquiries are handled with the strictest of confidence.
