Charterpoint Ltd attempt to maintain effective employee communication programs as a means of promoting positive employee relations that make employees view third-party representation as unnecessary. We will not sustain any business dealings or relationships with any individual, company, supplier or contractor who is not committed to freedom of association in any workplace.

We strongly believe in and encourage freedom of expression within a work place and feel this is a positive input from employees which contributes in a more productive and socially preferable work place.

Charterpoint Ltd organise and partake in several out of work social activities to improve motivation and develop  trust between employees.

Charterpoint Ltd has an open door policy for employees to confidentially discuss any grievances they may have with any individual, company, supplier or contractor. We are strongly committed to maintaining a positive working environment.

Charterpoint Ltd policy towards freedom of association is communicated to employees via our internal communication resource (Intrapoint).

Annual Improvements
Every employee is provided the opportunity and encouraged to discuss any grievances in their Annual Review, though are encouraged to discuss any concerns at any time.
Charterpoint Ltd Senior Management are encouraged to partake in management training and / or courses to improve management process. We feel this provides greater employee fulfillment and aids communication.
Charterpoint Ltd are currently working on an improved communication format which will encourage greater and more confidential communication from employees towards company directors.
