Charterpoint Ltd are very clear towards suppliers and sub-contractors on theirs and our own responsibilities not to violate ANY ethical standards. Charterpoint Ltd WILL report ANY business activity which we deem suspicous and / or unethical.
Charterpoint Ltd communicate all relevant policies and legislation to our employees via our internal communication resource (Intrapoint). It is imperative that all employees are well aware of what is considered unethical dealings and these are communicated to every employee to avoid any possible confusion or mis-interpretation of employee legal requirements.
Annual Improvements
Charterpoint Ltd regularly meet with Government organisations to ensure we are well informed and updated on all new legislation. Over and above ensuring we do not commit any unethical dealings of our own we aim to ensure that any individual, company, supplier or contractor is not dealing unethically and that we report any company whom we feel is acting suspiciously.
Charterpoint Ltd employees are strongly encouraged to report any instances in which they encounter unethical behaviour from any other individual, company, supplier or contractor. We are in the process of implementing an improved communication system to improve reporting of unethical business activity from alternative organisations.
