Charterpoint Ltd are committed to positive, open communcation both internally and externally. To improve communication we intend to increase the number of pages available on our website in alternative languages by 20% year upon year.
Charterpoint Ltd are also committed to improving internal communication with further languages both through Intrapoint and on all relevant office signs and paperwork.
To ensure compliance with all manufacturer supplier pricniples policy Charterpoint Ltd will also provide training with all relevant employees to ensure ongoing communication improvements are overseen on a yearly basis.
