Annual Improvements
Legislation is regularly reviewed to ensure any under 18′s are working the correct legal hours.
Charterpoint Ltd oversee regular six-month employee reviews to ensure all employees are paid the required wage and are not kept on trainee wages beyond any legally specified durations. This review also provides us with the opportunity to update any Health & Safety requirements for under 18 employees and provides an opportunity for employees to inform of any grievances we can help with.
