Charterpoint Limited are pleased to publish the results of our 2009 Customer Satisfaction survey. With 2010 now a few weeks old we’ve had the opportunity to analyse our survey results and are pleased with our findings…
“It’s important that year on year we analyse our results and identify where we have to improve as a business. Our Customer Satisfaction survey helps us to do this” said Charterpoint Director Martin Bray.
“Previous surveys have helped us develop. For example our online Account Manager service, our additional languages and the minimum one-year warranty we provide are all resultant of previous surveys. We couldn’t improve without our customer feedback so a big thank you to everyone who’s taken the time to complete our survey.”
Results were pleasing. It’s nice to see our customer service levels are highly thought of whilst your feedback has shown how we can improve technologically, with many of you suggesting we could expand our technical product knowledge and offering some useful suggestions for our website.
We’ll be developing our website further over the coming months to ensure we maintain service levels to the high standards our customers expect, so watch this space to see how you’re feedback will help us to help you.
