Our 2008 Customer Satisfaction survey results suggest many of you feel our online Account Management system is too slow to navigate and that data can not be accessed quickly enough.
Taking into account your helpful feedback Charterpoint have invested into Account Management to ensure we can provide a faster, more effective service which is much more to your liking.
With the original service your information has been available to you with quite a substantial time delay. This has now been brought up to speed so that as soon as we have your account and order information, you have your account and order information…in real time.
These upgrades ensure we provide an online Account Management service that meets your requirements allowing you to access your up-to-date account information at the click of a button, all through an SSL certified system guaranteeing your personal account information is secure and accessible only by you.
Another factor which came to our attention in our 2008 Customer Satisfaction Survey analysis was that many customers feel our format for processing RMA requests could be improved. This is something we’ve also put a lot of work into and RMA requests are now processed directly online through our smooth online Account Management system.
