2008 Charterpoint Customer Satisfaction Survey…coming soon
At Charterpoint we pride ourselves on providing a service that our customers are satisfied and comfortable with. This is why we feel it is important to listen to our customers.
To ensure you are happy with our range of services Charterpoint commission an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. This provides you with a platform to air your views on what you feel about our current service offering, anything you are currently dissatisfied with, and an opportunity to put forward your suggestions on how you feel Charterpoint could further provide you with the service you require.
The survey will be sent out to our customers in the coming weeks. It will arrive in electronic format and is nice and easy to fill out. All respondents are automatically put forward into a prize draw, the winner of which receives John Lewis gift vouchers to the value of £100, so it’s certainly worth taking a few minutes of your time to complete our survey!
