Major improvements to Charterpoint Online Account Management

Following discussions with many of you account holders and some thoughts of our own on how we can improve online Account Management, our IT guys have worked hard on enhancing the service.

Charterpoint online Account Management has been in operation for over a year now and has been well received whilst also attracting some useful and worthwhile improvement recommendations.

 Furthermore we have changed the design of Charterpoint Account Management and have made the following improvements and additions:

  • Greater Request for Quote information
  • NEW Full quoting information on current and previous orders
  • NEW Complete tracking details facility
  • More comprehensive company information
  • Greater links library for alternative computer parts news sources
