Charterpoint are delighted to introduce our brand new secure Online Account Management feature.
Further to our December 2006 Customer Survey results, we realise the emphasis our customers have on searching for parts online and believe this will richly benefit our loyal customers.
Charterpoint Online Account Management offers customers the opportunity to track orders online, search stock availability, check previous orders history and details, request a quote, and make live, interactive enquiries with their online account manager.
This improves our customers service levels and creates greater availability to quickly check important details.
