Charterpoint is celebrating it’s tenth year of trading and on this auspicious occasion, the company is announcing it’s continued expansion, which has been marked by a dramatic growth in the business over the past six months. Charterpoint has hired a total of six new staff, introduced a new Marketing Department and is currently investing up to £1 million in stock and assets.

Charterpoint is an international trading company based in Wythenshawe; its core business is focused on retailing of new and refurbished computer parts with a 30,000 sq ft warehouse supported by the company’s sophisticated stock tracking and delivery system. According to its client base, the key success for Charterpoint is providing consistently high customer service through the delivery of competitively priced computer parts, on time to its clients.

The company has built a solid reputation with blue chip clients such as IBM and HP over the past ten years. Now they want to capitalise upon this success through the introduction of a new strategy, this being the launch of a brand new Marketing Department. It’s key function will be the development of its international markets through the deployment of proven marketing techniques. This will attract further clients in Europe, USA and strengthen our client base in the UK.

Charterpoint will invest up to £1 million to expand it’s stock levels, providing a wider range of popular computer parts and increasing the availability of such parts. Through this strategy, Charterpoint intends to deliver a much higher customer service level.

The future looks bright at Charterpoint as more new developments are in the pipeline, which includes the expansion of its Purchasing and Buying department, with further activity in Marketing. This will translate into the possibility of an extra 5 new jobs to be created in the near future and will pave the way for another prosperous ten years.
